The Speaker again referred the following bill, which was in the Rules          
Committee, to the Finance Committee:                                           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 197                                                            
"An Act making an appropriation to the Alyeska Settlement Fund                
and making appropriations from the Alyeska Settlement Fund; and                
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
HB 197 was removed from the Rules Committee and sent to the                    
Finance Committee.
